MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be physically able to perform all aspects of position duties.
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to interact well with the public and co-workers.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain a Gaming License.
- Must submit to and pass drug and alcohol tests.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Systems Administrator, the IT Specialist will be responsible for the installation, evaluation and maintenance of computer systems and selected software on the property. Implements and maintains policies and goals that support the organization’s IT needs. Ensures proper functioning of the information processing system and oversees necessary upgrades. Helps business operations groups utilize information systems to improve their efficiency. Ensures computer equipment, hardware, and software are updated to meet organizational needs. Friendly, professional attitude always required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat clean appearance is a must.

SUPERVISOR: F&B Manager/Restaurant Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the F&B Manager/ and or the Restaurant Supervisor, this position will serve customers by taking orders, serving food, and preparing tables. An important part of the work is to make customers feel welcome and comfortable during their meal. To provide friendly, excellent service to every guest who dines in the restaurant. Friendly, professional attitude always required. Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays. Neat, clean appearance is a must.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Security Manager, a Security Guard maintains security over the entire facility during the assigned shift. Escorts all internal money transfers throughout the casino and oversees patron and employee safety. Friendly, professional attitude always required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat, clean appearance is a must.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Resort Manager the hotel front desk clerk is to check guests in and out. Verify guests’ registration information and take any further information required, such as identification and period of stay and take cash or process credit cards. Once they have gone through all these procedures, they hand the room key to the guests and guide them to their rooms. When a guest is about to check out, a front desk clerk will ensure that all dues are clear, and the key is handed over. Friendly, professional attitude always required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat, clean appearance is a must.
