Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be physically able to perform all aspects of position duties.
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
  • Must be able to interact well with the public and co-workers.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain a Gaming License.
  • Must submit to and pass drug and alcohol tests.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in the restaurant, including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house employees. Applicants should be advised that the Tribe reserves the right to disqualify applicants whose prior activities pose a threat to the public interest. Friendly, professional attitude required at all times. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat clean appearance is a must.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Management or Supervisory restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dining, buffet, and food maintenance operations.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to service customers in a professional appearance and manner.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must adhere to Legendary Waters resort & Casino’s policies and procedures.
• Must adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Responsible for the delivery of service for all restaurant functions.
• Responsible for quality control of items being served.
• Trains staff members, organizes workloads, and directs staff.
• Ensures the interior surroundings are safe, clean, and professional.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Scheduling of employees.
• Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work directly with kitchen staff.
• Provide customers with assistance as necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Security Manager, a Security Officer maintains security over the entire facility during the assigned shift.  Escorts all internal money transfers throughout the casino and oversees patron and employee safety.  Applicants should be advised that the Tribe reserves the tight to disqualify applicants whose prior activities pose a threat to public interest.  Friendly, professional attitude required at all times.  Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.  Neat, clean appearance is a must.  Native American preference but all qualified applicants will be considered.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in Law Enforcement and/or security training preferred.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge in the area of security and general gaming operations.
  • Good public relations skills and the ability to deal with irate individuals.
  • Report writing skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to convey information clearly.
  • Must be able to maintain composure in stressful, high pressure situations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must adhere to Legendary Waters Resort & Casino’s policies and procedures.
  • Must adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Responsible for public safety and protection of assets and property.
  • Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents involving guest, employees, and/or the facility.
  • Escorts and observes guest and employees, to ensure their safety and protection; identifies potential safety hazards and reports same to the appropriate individual, for proper resolution.
  • Interacts with guest and employees in a positive, professional manner.
  • Assist Slot Attendants on verifying of payouts and hand pays.
  • Maintains or escorts a series of keys, accessing locked areas as necessary.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of those guests who have been banned from re-entering the property.
  • Handles all monetary transactions between the Cage and Gaming Tables in compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Lifting more than 25 lbs.
